All standard shipping will be sent via J&T Express Philippines.

Lead time is 1-3 days from receipt of the cleared payment.

International Shoppers

Packages will be sent via DHL Express.

Lead time is 5-7 days from receipt of the cleared payment.

You may return the item for store credit within 5-7 days of the item's arrival. 

Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees and must message us prior to shipping.

Eligibility of Refund

• Receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
• The item must be unused and in the same condition with all tags still attached. 
• The item must be in the original packaging.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded.
• Upon receiving back the item/s, kindly allow us 24-48 hours for a quality inspection and the team will get back for a refund update.
• Refund is subjected not more than 80% of total cost of each item. Any damage seen and observed on each item will be subjected for a deduction from total of refund.
